Throughout this process, design and merchandising principles are established and reviewed with project leaders before conceptual design begins. These guidelines are the lens through which all concepts are viewed.
Discovery:
From loose, hand sketching to 3D rendered CAD images our design process aims to build consensus throughout the development plan laid out in Discovery. Concepts are evaluated according to the discovery guidlines which allows the solution to evolve through a logical progression of ideas, and eliminates subjectivity when choosing the production design.
Strategic partnerships, alliances & global outreach are the last things you should have to worry about with your manufacturer. Imperial has been building these relationships for decades and are absolutely confident that when we call on our partners, they understand what has to be done. With a 70/20/10 mix we are reactionary with the ability to ramp up to production in days and deliver parts in weeks, 70% of our production is completed in house, 20% with oversea alliances and 10% with local strategic partners.
For some, QC is a Quick Check, not at Imperial, it starts during the Discovery of the project. With years of experience we help guide the design process with production viability in mind the entire time to insure ease of fabrication, in turn, keeping costs as low as possible.
